New LIVE online painting class in November!
What do a blank moleskine journal, ornament, trinket box, a wood disk, and paint brushes have in common? They are all part of a new LIVE online class I'm planning for November! I will broadcasting live from my studio showing you how you can create special one of a kind hand painted gifts for your friends and family this holiday season. Giving you the ability to be a creative artistic gift giver! Nothing shows a person how much they mean to you quite like a gift you make with your very own hands.

My NEW online painting class! Yea!
After taking a couple of years off from teaching online, I'm finally back! Here's my first new painting course....its titled "Let's Get Artsy" - Abstract Poppies and it is a self-paced class and you get access to all the course content as soon you as you sign up. You can read all the info here and register for the course as well. There is also a Facebook group where you'll be able to share your class paintings and connect with other students in the eCourse. Don’t know how to paint or draw? No worries because no experience is required! Don’t consider yourself “artistic” or “creative”? I am a professional artist (with over 12 years of teaching experience) and I specialize in teaching beginners and those who don’t see themselves as creative . I am very good at coaxing out your inner artist. 
Have fun exploring your creativity in an encouraging environment with me as your guide. I’ll be taking you step by step through the painting process in an easy to follow format, but you get to choose your colors, explore your creative side, and express your individual style. No “cookie cutter” paintings here!
This is a 2-1/2 hour acrylic painting class with all supplies included (you’ll be using my artist quality paint, brushes, and painting on a 12″x12″ stretched canvas). You will leave with a beautiful finished painting you will be proud show to your friends and family! You wont be able to wait to hang it in your home!

Come join me for a day of creative play in my new Portland, Oregon studio! You will learn to create your very own whimsical birds using mixed media techniques and collage. All supplies are included in the cost of the class, so all you have to do is come dressed to get messy and get a little paint on your hands! I will also be providing some light snacks/beverages, so all you'll need is a lunch (something that doesn't need to be refrigerated since we don't have a fridge in the studio yet). There are also many places nearby to grab some lunch if you want to get out for lunch instead.
Within 48 hours of sending your class payment, you will receive an email from me with directions to the studio. Hope you can join me! Its gonna be a blast!!!
