Make things beautiful
As you know, music is a big inspiration for my work.....I listen to music while I paint and the mood and melodies influence much of my work. This is a song I heard on the radio the other day and it has quickly become one of my faves. Ellie Holcomb has a gift for touching hearts with her music and she has indeed touched mine in a big way! I teared up as I listened to this song today, so if you have a sensitive heart like me, be prepared with some tissues.

Music on my playlist...in the studio
If you've read my "About" page on my website or you've been following me and my work for a while, then you know how integral music is to my creative process. So from time to time, I'll share a songs with you that really touch and move me. Third Day is one of my favorite bands (my kiddo's too...he even likes to dress like the lead singer Mac Powell) and I just adore their new song "Your Love Is Like A River"! This live acoustic version is even better than the single they've been playing on the radio. I hope their music inspires and moves you too! ♥
